WHY FIRST HAND?

Insight of my series about second hand fashion and vintage fashion pieces:

I was interested in portraying characters in my environment that are deeply interested in a vintage style and which wardrobe might contain clothes that were inherited or bought during thrift shoppings. Second hand fashion became competitive more and more to newer fast fashion offers and is a sustainable alternative of an individual style.

The series emerged during @verenabruening ‘s editorial course at @photography_fhbielefeld .
